In other words, ordinary qualified moderators receive a bonus of 400 wealth, those who perform well get 400–1000 wealth, while outstanding moderators (no more than 3) receive 1000 wealth plus reputation point 1, plus an additional 1–20 charm points. Moderators who also serve as technical experts receive a subsidy of 100–200 wealth; unqualified moderators receive no extra points, and those who fail to communicate effectively are removed from their position 1 t3 _
