As someone working for Sinopec, you all know what the salary package is like there. Currently, there is a private enterprise in Wuhan that deals in new energy sources and is looking for employees; the salary offered is 120,000–150,000 yuan before taxes. I wonder if anyone would dare to take such a job – what are your thoughts? ?
Dare to jump; focus on the money. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Compare it to the present situation; if you think it’s worth it, then go for it. It’s not bad to exercise more while you’re young
The question is whether it’s a long-term position – don’t go for something that will end after a year or so; find out if it’s a technical role and whether there are opportunities for advancement in the future. Also, how many years of experience do you already have?
I was recruited by a private company from a state-owned enterprise; the corporate cultures are completely different. The key is to be able to bring value to that company through your knowledge or skills, and to keep up with the times by continuously improving your overall capabilities – this way, you will have a bright future ahead. . . . . If you relied on your past achievements, once you’ve been drained of everything, that’s when it’s “game over”. I support the original poster in changing jobs, because “changing jobs is a sign of civilized progress”! ! !
Just to add, many private companies are quite good at misleading people, especially when it comes to income. Additionally, the workload can be heavy, which creates some stress
........... Haha, give it a like~ It’s true; it’s really frustrating
