If one wants to raise the dry point of gasoline and the 95% point of diesel by 1 degree, by how much do the top cycle and intermediate temperature needs to be increased?
The top of the tower temperature is the main means of adjusting the dry point of gasoline; to increase the dry point by 1 degree, it is possible to appropriately reduce the reflux flow at the tower top in order to raise the top temperature, with a fairly noticeable effect； By reducing the top circulation or intermediate flow rate, the change in extraction temperature is not very significant. Raising the diesel temperature by 1 degree increases the extraction temperature of diesel by about 2 to 5 degrees, which meets the requirements ； The temperature drawn from the top circulation or the middle stage will also increase by about 2~3 degrees. My humble opinion~
This pattern was discovered through practical experience; different devices require different control pressures, and various parameters vary. The key is to analyze properly in order to find the right adjustment methods
