Dear sea friends, how many of you work for state-owned enterprises? How much do you know about mutual assistance funds?
I registered earlier, twice at 30 yuan and 50 yuan, mainly for serious medical conditions! !
What is a mutual aid fund? Mu has heard of the concept of “inability to bear the costs of treatment.” For serious illnesses, there is regular health insurance, as well as specialized insurance for such conditions.

The mutual aid fund is something where each member of the union contributes a small amount; when someone falls ill with a serious disease, this fund can help them. If no one needs to use this money, it is returned to each member, though it seems unlikely that this will happen – it probably gets used by the leaders... I’ve only been working for a short time, so this is just my guess :D
Mutual assistance funds are a type of benefit provided by companies. Sources of funding: allocations from the company’s administration + contributions from employees (20 yuan per year). Areas of coverage: treatment for serious illnesses, various disasters, injuries to family members, financial assistance in difficult situations, theft and robbery, etc
We also pay just a few dozen yuan for insurance
