How does everyone handle the sulfur paste on site after the purification and desulfurization overhaul?
Collect them for centralized sulfur melting treatment. I wonder what the original poster and you all plan to do about this?
As mentioned on the second floor, the best approach is to collect them in a sulfur foam tank and carry out sulfur melting treatment after starting the machine. We have just completed a major overhaul, and the bottom of the desulfurization tower was also cleaned; however, no foam was found there. If the desulfurization system operates properly on a regular basis, then no sulfur foam should appear during the overhaul – otherwise, it may be necessary to improve the existing processing procedures.
