Although the amount of management work serves as a criterion for evaluating a moderator’s daily performance, it is not the only factor; a comprehensive assessment of the posts in each forum section is taken into account. If it is found that any moderator is artificially inflating their management metrics, strict action will be taken in accordance with the forum moderator management regulations; all moderators are urged to take this as a warning.
