Everyone works in different industries and has different specialties, but everyone has definitely come across the NCR document in their daily work. Please explain the procedures for issuing, processing, and closing NCRs, using examples.
For substandard raw materials, we simply issue a non-conformity report and return them to the procurement department. For finished products: if it fails inspection, it is sent to the workshop; the reasons are analyzed; the defective items (usually mixed materials) are dealt with; after passing the testing, it proceeds to the next stage. . .
