On May 18, 2012, Datang Energy & Chemical Corporation signed a \"Framework Agreement for the Hebei Datang International Chengde LNG Project\" with ** in Luanping County, Hebei Province. It is understood that the project is located in the Zhangbaivan Emerging Industries Demonstration Zone in Chengde City. With a total investment of around 1.8 billion yuan, it uses natural gas produced by the Datang Keqi coal-to-natural gas project as raw material, converting 660 million cubic meters of such gas per year to produce 460,000 tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Does anyone know where the design institute is? What is the current progress of the project?
My hometown is Chengde. Are there any people from Chengde here?
