Our company’s urea packaging line is designed for fully automatic packaging, automatic loading onto vehicles, and automatic bag stacking (with a capacity of 700,000 tons per year); the designed packaging rate is 16 bags per minute (38.4 tons per hour). However, after operation, frequent failures have occurred, and the three packaging lines are not able to handle production at half capacity (50 tons per hour). Currently, the company is urgently purchasing semi-automatic packaging lines. It’s really frustrating!
It’s their products – they’re highly advertised, but in actual use they are quite poor.

Fully automatic packaging machines have their advantages, but they also have their disadvantages; failures are almost inevitable. Currently, there are many semi-automatic options; they are easy to use and have fewer malfunctions, though manual bagging is a bit troublesome.
You really got fooled. The manufacturers of Magnetic Forest themselves say that their equipment performs best here, but it’s still terrible
Xian Cilin is considered one of the better manufacturers of semi-automatic packaging machines for domestic urea; other options include Wuxi Lima and Changzhou Weike. Fully automatic systems are not yet well-developed in China; design institutes recommend the products of Harbin Haboshi, but I have no experience with them.
