There is an atmospheric safety valve on the turbine’s condenser, and its sealing is achieved using water. Under normal conditions, air can leak in without any sealing water. But can the sealing water leak in as well? Since there is negative pressure inside the condenser, it seems possible for water to be drawn in as well, though only in small amounts This issue is truly heartbreaking
Some will be inhaled, but it’s not a big problem – not much is inhaled. Furthermore, after being inhaled, it goes into the condenser and is recovered as condensate!
Also, its water seal keeps the water flowing continuously!

It is not drawn in; most of the water returns to the condenser through the atmospheric safety valve, while a small amount of water is discharged outside the overflow weir, thereby allowing assessment of the water-sealing effect of the atmospheric safety valve. As long as there is water being discharged, it indicates that the atmospheric safety valve is functioning properly
