This is because the samples collected at the sampling points are dead samples that do not represent the system; by performing more replacements during sampling, including replacing the sampling equipment several times, true data can be obtained. Generally, replace 3-5 times
Depending on the pressure, just perform a self-circulation. For example, adding a pipeline at the pump inlet and outlet can facilitate good circulation. This reduces discharge and prevents the formation of dead zones. :P
The reason for this is to avoid taking invalid samples, which could mislead production. Production relies entirely on sampling and analysis; if the sampling is inaccurate, no matter how precise the analysis, it’s useless. Only samples taken from the flowing stream at the time of sampling are the most representative; it is best to take samples from the material that is flowing in the pipeline, rather than from the material that remains stationary in the pipeline.
Samplers have been installed at some of the more important sampling points; these samplers are closed loops that operate in a continuous cycle, thereby ensuring that fresh material is sampled. Sometimes it can happen that a certain section inside the sampler gets blocked, and the sample collected consists of the material that remains in the sampler; such a sample is then useless.
This is understandable, because there must be a dead zone in front of the sampling valve, and it needs to be displaced in order to do that.

After releasing that portion of the material, sampling can be carried out, and this is basically the standard procedure
