Let’s discuss which domestic companies are producing polysilicon using metallurgical methods, what processes they employ, and what the current production status is like
I really want to know more about Xuntianyu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is understood that two rounds of directional solidification are used, along with slag formation for impurity removal (of B and p); it seems that the annual production capacity is around 200–300 tons of 6N polycrystalline silicon. However, due to the significant loss of silicon during the impurity removal process, the scale of production remains relatively small
Weren’t they saying that Ningxia Yinxing is good, and it even built its own power plant?:):):)
Well, it seems to be the company in China with the largest industrial scale for producing polysilicon using metallurgical methods; it has a fairly complete industrial chain, ranging from the smelting of silica to photovoltaic power generation. Moreover, the product quality is not stable, and the process equipment and treatment processes are costly, resulting in high expenses.
1. Xuntianyu: modifies electric arc furnaces for the production of refined industrial silicon; the resulting industrial silicon has a purity of 3-4N. B is removed through electrophoresis, while no method is known for removing P. Directed metal removal is employed, with costs of around 100,000 yuan per ton. 2. Ningxia Yinxing: uses slag formation to remove B, electron beams to remove P, and directed metal removal; the cost is around 150,000 yuan per ton
