The effective chlorine content is 11%, and the excess alkali amount is 1%. The alkali consumption rate (100%) = 11%*1*80/71 + 1%*1. Is that so?
Theoretically, the effective chlorine content is defined with the chlorine content at 100%, and it represents a comparison of other substances to chlorine. The effective chlorine content of sodium hypochlorite = 35.5*2/(16+35.5+23) = 95.3%,
Now, control can be achieved by online testing of the free alkali content of available chlorine :)
