There shouldn’t be such standards or norms. If any such rules exist, they are established internally by the company itself, namely requirements regarding shutdown, replacement, nitrogen padding, and so on. Unlike chemical plants, natural gas processing plants do not involve any chemical processes; aside from the need to reduce air intake into the drying systems during periods of prolonged shutdown, there are no other special requirements. I am not aware of the situation of foreign companies. I don’t think any rules are necessary.
