It depends on the specific specifications and standards. For example, for those conforming to HG20593-97 with a diameter of DN150 or less, the pressure ratings of 10 and 16 are the same (including the DN150 size). However, for sizes larger than DN150, the pressure rating of 16 is much more expensive than that of 10; the greater the size, the larger the difference. The pressure rating of HG5010-58 at 16 is more expensive than that of HG20593-97 at 16, but the pressure rating at 10 is cheaper. So you should take a look at the specific details. It probably depends on the diameter; if it’s a small diameter, there shouldn’t be much difference between 10PN and 16PN!
In general, it means that such products are abundant in the market, the requirements for them aren’t high, and their specifications aren’t too extreme; since many people produce them, it’s easy to manufacture them, so there’s no difference in prices.
