Recently, the granulator we use experienced an overload shutdown during the steam preheating step prior to granulation, which prevented it from being put into operation in a timely manner. Before putting it into the granulator, the gearbox, center tube, packing, and electrical systems were all in good condition; the shaft could be rotated smoothly, and operation under no-load conditions was normal. It was tried four times, and it stopped working each time. Fellow sailors, please help determine what might be causing this issue.

Is it because it’s not compatible with the inverter?
Your question isn’t clear – what’s the model of the granulator? Drive method? Speed control method? The lubrication method and other details need to be specified; otherwise, it’s impossible to give you an accurate answer
Back on the 4th floor, the electrical inspection of the inverter showed no issues; it has been operating normally for over two years.

The central tube at the top of the granulator is connected to the connecting hose via a short coupling, and the outside of the central tube is sealed with packing.
