Recently, there was a job that required surfacing processing – the product in question was A694 F60 flanges with INCONEL 625 surfacing. I wonder if anyone on this forum is experienced in this area? Or if anyone knows a factory, please introduce it. We can provide the base metal and surfacing welding materials :)

Our company has previously performed surfacing of flanges for many manufacturers. If you’re interested, feel free to get in touch.
Do you need to perform turning operations after surfacing? This is similar to our process for repairing burners; I’m not sure what technical requirements you have
A friend of mine is from there; an ordinary welder won’t be able to do this job properly – cracks will occur. This task requires very specific welding materials as well as high standards for welding techniques
Oh, from Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Machining is required after surfacing. What are the requirements for this welding wire? Can’t ordinary wire be used?
This type of material can only be welded by welders from large companies that often produce products for overseas markets; their welders possess the necessary qualifications, and the company itself also needs to have proper welding procedures in place – small workshops are not capable of handling this task
Zhengzhou Wanda Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. uses the hot-wire TIG welding process together with equipment from Austrian company Fronius; it is capable of cladding INCONEL 625, 18638730687
