What flow meter should be used for trade settlement of water supply? Diameter 80mm, rated pressure 4.3 MPa, temperature 104 degrees, maximum flow rate 30 t/h, typical flow rate 20 t/h. Which one has higher precision/? Thank you, qq476206744
It’s easiest to use water as the measuring medium. . Many flow meters can be used; if high precision is required, mass flow meters are generally used for calculations, but electromagnetic flow meters can also be an option if that’s preferred! They’re all quite convenient!
To be honest, water meters are the cheapest~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Are you talking about water supply? Judging from these temperature and pressure values, it should be boiler feed water, right? But don’t understand? If it’s boiler feed water, how could it be related to trade settlements? If it is boiler feed water, I don’t know the size of the boiler; generally, such water needs to go through processes like desalination and deoxygenation, and the water after treatment is almost pure. Electromagnetic sensors probably won’t work in this case. I usually recommend using vortex flow meters, but their accuracy isn’t sufficient to meet the 0.2% requirement for domestic trade settlements. If they must be used, then a mass flow meter would be a better choice, as it can achieve an accuracy of 0.1%. You can add me on QQ at 83691216 for details
If trade measurement is required for the water supply, it is recommended to use a Coriolis mass flow meter; the accuracy levels available are 0.2 and 0.1, with different prices corresponding to these levels. http://www.shakic.com/cp/yetizhiliangllj.htm
It’s a 40-ton Zhengzhou boiler with a rated pressure of 3.82 MPa, a temperature of 450 degrees, and a maximum flow rate of 50 tons. It is currently being used to supply gas to another company; as a result, the parameters of the saturated gas have changed.
Guys upstairs, is it really necessary to use a mass flow meter for water? ? ? Simply put: water meter ; Luxury class: electromagnetic (but not suitable for pure water).
Bro, are you calculating the trade for the steam that’s being sent out? That makes sense. For steam, the best option at present is to use a vortex flow meter, along with proper temperature and pressure compensation; this is the most effective method available today
This parameter is for steam, right? How could it be water? Use a balanced flow meter, along with temperature difference compensation, and it should work! M:15391559317
