Both Zhongfa and Yuntianhua seem to be engaged in production, as well as Hubei. Could you please tell me about the production process? {:1_90:}
We are all used in the production of water-soluble fertilizers, and the results are good
At present, the best performer in China is Xiangyun, with a production capacity of over 50,000 tons.
I’ve looked through theoretical articles online; there are ones by Zhong and A, as well as by Yunfeng, but they don’t provide any insight into actual production. It seems that the production of industrial-grade primary amines in China relies on dry phosphoric acid; the purification process for wet phosphoric acid must be a key issue. Has any friend from Sichuan done it? Could you tell us?
The process is basically the same, mainly involving the reaction of industrial phosphoric acid with gaseous ammonia, followed by crystallization and drying.
The production of monoammonium phosphate using the dihydrate wet-process phosphoric acid method is a well-established process; generally, industrial-grade 55% phosphorus ammonium fertilizer is produced as a by-product. In this process, the wet phosphoric acid is first neutralized to remove impurities, and the resulting clear liquid is used to produce industrial phosphorus ammonium fertilizer. The impurity residues and the crystallization mother liquor are then used to make 55% phosphorus ammonium fertilizer. It is possible to visit manufacturers to see this process in action
Which domestic manufacturers can we communicate with?
What we produce is industrial-grade crystals in the 11-62 range.
We currently produce industrial-grade ammonium phosphate using wet phosphoric acid; the purity of our products exceeds national standards, and our production capacity is also quite good.
Could you please elaborate on the production process and the key control parameters?
Whether it is wet acid or hot acid, as long as the impurity content meets the requirements, production is possible.
