How to run PDMS on Win7

Dear experts, I recently installed the pdms12.0 sp4 software, but it will not run on Win7. I thought about converting my computer to XP, but there are too many important programs on it, so reinstalling the operating system would be too troublesome. I heard that SP4 can be used on Win7, but some modifications are required. I earnestly ask experts for help; I am extremely grateful.
pdms12.0 sp4 can indeed run on WIN7 :(:( The damned character limit

It can be used by installing it directly under Win7, but it seems I placed it in the root directory when I installed it.
The first time, I installed it following the PDF tutorial, but it didn’t work after that. It is necessary to directly open the web file “install_AVEVA PDMS 12.0.0.3.htm”; left-click on the ‘install’ option within it to proceed with the installation, and the subsequent steps are the same as those in the tutorial. Is your PDMS genuine or pirated? The genuine version should work.
The D version I use works fine under WIN7 as well. My system is WIN7 64-bit. You can create a virtual machine~ It’s very simple.
