RT, which friend works in sales at a refinery? In the end, it is the smaller plants that have a higher yield of residue oil and thus a competitive price advantage.
There are CNPC refineries in the northeast, northwest, and west. CNPC requires that refineries not produce residue oil, so you’d better contact factories like Huabei Petrochemical and ask them

This post was last edited by douglas on 2012-6-13 at 18:44. I have recently been dealing with the trade of Russian M100-75 and Saudi crude oil; there are some aspects I don’t quite understand. If it is locally refined oil, it is recommended to use genuine Russian M100, or light or medium crude oil from Saudi Aramco or Sabic
The products from those old Russians are good, but they’re also expensive. Moreover, the batches vary; sometimes you get quality products that can be refined through acid and alkali treatment to produce normal-grade fuel. I’ve never seen any such products from Saudi Arabia
Also, you use those Russian products through Singaporean traders, right? Could it have been mixed with something else somewhere in between?
I’m looking for residue oil from small plants, those facilities that don’t fully refine the oil.
