What are the conditions for connecting gas to the transformation section? I hope to receive guidance from all the seniors.
Check the outlet temperature of the syngas, and ensure that the water-to-gas ratio meets the requirements.
Each temperature point in the converter meets the connection conditions； Warm pipe in the transition zone has been completed ； The liquid levels in each steam generator are normal ； (When our company takes in gas, the pressure of the syngas at the outlet of the scrubber tower is 4.0 MPa)
To carry out the temperature increase successfully, a small amount of gas should be supplied first to warm the pipes; once the vaporization pressure, the ratio of water vapor to gas, and the temperature are within normal ranges, a larger amount of gas can be supplied. Also, the control valve at the outlet section must meet the interlock requirements
First, the catalyst temperature in the shift converter has been raised to the active temperature; the gas pipelines entering the shift unit must be warmed up until no water is present in them. Additionally, the water-to-gas ratio needs to be controlled appropriately.
