Why do Texaco vaporizer level gauges require sealed hot water?
The normal sealing water is used to flush the base of the level gauge. As for the hot sealing water, I wonder whether the sealing water for your level gauge is kept in flow continuously or is flushed periodically. If it’s kept in flow continuously, then the hot sealing water is used to maintain the temperature of the quenching chamber in the gasification furnace.
The question is, are many devices including the scrubber tower flushed with heat-sealing water?
It is designed for use with a flushing level gauge, but it is generally not used during the production process; the level gauge should be flushed after the plant is shut down
It can be flushed not only when parking but also while the furnace is running. But there are also cases where it remains open to maintain a low flow rate.
It is a flush level gauge; the design requires that a certain flow rate pass through it while the system is in operation. However, this is not done in actual production – the gauge is flushed only when there are errors in its readings or when the indications are inaccurate, in order to determine whether a blockage is the cause. Hot sealed water is used because its higher temperature helps to dissolve certain substances that may cause blockages.
It is used for flushing, as there is a lot of slag from Texaco’s water-coal slurry gasification; if this slag enters the level gauge, it causes inaccurate readings. It may cause the vehicle to jump out. . Enclosed seal water is common; when there is no seal water, the level gauge fluctuates. . . Causes the vehicle to jump out
