Oil content in oxygen valve

We are currently inspecting a DN450 oxygen ball valve; there is residual cleaning agent (trichloroethylene) inside, in the form of oil droplets. There are differing opinions regarding this – some say it’s water. An OCMA-220 oil concentration analyzer was used for testing, and the result was 123 ppm. The tester stated that a level of less than 30 ppm is considered normal, while according to relevant standards, the limit should be below 125 mg/m2. It’s not clear whether this test result is acceptable.
Can 123 ppm and 123 mg/㎡ be equated?
Oxygen ball valves must be degreased and thoroughly cleaned.
