During production, the diluted granulating agent should be sprayed into the granulator in a mist form; if the nozzle becomes clogged, it should be removed promptly for cleaning. After production is complete, the nozzle can be rinsed with clean water or removed for cleaning and storage. 4. This product is non-toxic and harmless, but it becomes highly sticky when exposed to moisture. It should be used immediately after opening, and once used, it should be stored in a sealed container in a dry and cool place. Since it becomes very sticky when absorbed by moisture, will this increase the viscosity of the solution after dissolution, thereby affecting its flowability during transportation? 2. If the addition of this agent may help with balling, will this affect the water solubility of the product? 3. What is the price of this agent?
Using only water will result in a high moisture content. The use of ionic granulation agents aims to reduce the amount of water required; compared to water-based granulation, less water is used. It will not increase the drying load.
I don’t know if it will react chemically with the raw materials used in the production of compound fertilizers, whether it can be added to the urine melt, whether it will affect melting and transportation, and whether it will have any negative effects on crops and the soil
