Where do the shafting instruments used in the units at your factory come from? Here, we use imported products from Bentley and Pallis in the United States； The speed measurement probe is from ATEK; for domestic ones, we used products from Beijing Vibration Instrument Factory, but false signals often caused the system to stop operating, so we eventually switched to Pylex probes. I wonder what products are being used where you guys are at sea? Everyone share their opinions and discuss the shafting products they have used.
Mine is a Palis, and it’s never had any problems. It means it is checked and verified each time it is serviced
Newbie here to learn*. My workshop doesn’t have shaftless instruments; I think steam turbines do have them
The design institute where I work uses Bentley systems, as the pump and turbine manufacturers come equipped with Bentley sensors.
Bentley’s probes are very useful; there are basically no problems with them!
Our factory uses Bentley products, while domestic ones use RSView… We’ve never heard of the Palis brand you mentioned……

The 6th floor houses the air separation units of Zhongyuan Da Hua’s Second Plant. Zhongyuan Da Hua uses Bentley products in most cases, with Reshine being the alternative. Bentley products are very reliable and durable, while Reshine is cheaper; it still meets the required standards. After all, it’s based on Bentley technology, developed from Bentley’s innovations
Our unit temperature measurement points are all embedded platinum resistors; previously they were provided by the unit itself, but now they are products of Shanghai Automation Instrument Co., Ltd.

Our smoke extractors use PT100 thermistors from Yueqing Lunt. It works very well.
