We know that the shaft power is proportional to the cube of the stirring speed. Based on a speed difference of 5%, the actual shaft power is 86.8 KW. Adding in the friction losses from the shaft seals and the losses from the transmission bearings on the frame, the actual operating power is likely to exceed 90 KW. Moreover, who can guarantee that the power factor of the stirrer they have built doesn’t have an error of 5%? I think the load on the shaft should not exceed 80% of the motor’s load; I believe your choice is fine. However, in some cases, the power in kilowatts of the motor needs to be determined based on different applications and the mixing media used. . . This is my personal opinion.
