Second interview for a foreign company in Canada, seeking advice

I have to go for the second interview this afternoon; I don’t know what to ask. Although I’m not particularly eager to get in, I still want to be well prepared. After having many interviews, I’ve realized that in many cases it’s because I wasn’t prepared enough, which led to losing out many times. I would appreciate some advice from experienced peers!
Be confident; you must do well in English. Don’t let basic questions stump you
