The so-called bed collapse refers to a sudden decrease in the furnace differential pressure during the operation of a circulating fluidized bed boiler, significant fluctuations in the bed pressure, and a substantial drop in the material concentration in the dilute phase region. Main reasons for bed collapse: 1. Interruption in material supply for various reasons ； 2. Bed coking.
