I have 9 years of experience in on-site maintenance and repair of chemical process instrumentation. My main task is to address various faults that occur with measuring instruments, display devices, transmitters, control valves, flow meters, and other control devices in actual operational settings. I continuously learn and summarize the different types of faults that arise on site, and then develop my own solutions to address them. I have been involved in the installation, selection, technical discussions, individual unit testing, and combined system testing of equipment. I also handle any cascading faults that occur during operation, identifying the causes and resolving them promptly. I have participated in the selection and technical evaluation of mass flow meters, analysis instruments, fire protection control valves, flow meters, level sensors, temperature sensors, and other similar devices. This has given me a deeper understanding of the application of such instruments in the chemical industry, as well as exposure to new management concepts related to improving performance in this field. I have taken part in numerous maintenance and technical upgrade projects, proposing reasonable technical solutions for the commissioning of complete sets of equipment. I am also involved in the maintenance and calibration of analysis instruments such as pH meters, dissolved oxygen meters, conductivity meters, and COD meters. I assist supervisors and managers in keeping track of daily maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the instruments.
