Those of you who are involved in progress control must have drawn network diagrams before; let’s talk about the key points for creating them~
Creating network diagrams is already a technical task; what’s more crucial is the step that comes before it, namely WBS, work breakdown structure. Determine the tasks, their respective durations, and the logical relationships between them through work breakdown. These are the materials for drawing network diagrams. If I must mention something regarding the process of drawing diagrams, the only thing that comes to mind is: make sure the logical relationships are correct.
