Where has the original theme merging feature gone?

Recently, while managing things, it seems that the “topic merging function” can’t be found? Has anyone encountered this problem?
It’s just that there’s no more feature for merging topics now, which causes a lot of inconvenience in management. I’m not sure whether only moderators lack this feature or if even super moderators don’t have it I hope this feature can be added! Hehe
There were always bug reports related to operations before merging, so this feature was disabled
