Laboratory tests showed that the concentration of salts was 120 g/l and the concentration of alkali was around 20%. I informed the workshop supervisor, who ordered that the electrolyzer continue to operate and that the issue would be addressed the next day. The cells have been taken out of service today; under a current of 750A in 107 cells, 5 of them had a voltage below 1.90V. The voltages of the cells with leakage were normal, but the anode plates were corroded, and the adjacent cathode plates were also corroded. The new unit slots have now been reinstalled as replacements
