Please provide a detailed list and format for the confirmation form during the joint commissioning phase

I am currently preparing the \"Joint Test Plan\", but there are many items that need to be confirmed during the joint testing process. Which of these require confirmation and signature? Please give me some advice; thank you all!
Are water, gas, electricity, and instruments in place? Have the relevant construction departments signed off? Have the joint commissioning plan and operating procedures been approved? And so on.
Are all the conditions that should be met for a joint commissioning test required to be signed and confirmed?
Many of these verifications serve primarily as a review mechanism, helping to prevent minor issues from affecting the test results.
It means the more detailed the verification, the better, right? There’s no such thing as the most detailed; it’s only possible to go more detailed, I guess?
Some can be reflected in the operation records; otherwise, it’s a hassle to go through so many departments just for one approval form
