How is water removed in the PVC production process? Seeking advice!
I’m not sure which type of water removal the original poster is referring to: water removal from acetylene gas, water removal from mixed gases, water removal from vinyl chloride, or water removal from polymerization slurry and polymerization monomers.
For the dehydration of vinyl chloride, coagulators are widely used at present. The labor intensity of using solid alkali for water removal is high, and fewer manufacturers employ it.
