As a food additive, which industry’s design institute should be responsible for formulating citric acid – the one with expertise in \"chemicals, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals\", or the one with expertise in \"light industry\"? I’m very confused; please, fellow sailors, clarify for me.
The technology for citric acid is very mature, and there are many facilities in Shandong. We did it all by ourselves; we didn’t hire any design firm. It’s a highly mature manufacturing process; you can just go and visit other factories to see for yourself.
Is it not necessary to hire a design firm? Without one, how can the inspection be passed? Including safety, fire protection, environmental protection, etc.
