For operating conditions of 1.6 MPa at -196 degrees, how should the design temperature and design pressure be determined? I have temporarily chosen 17 MPa at -201 degrees – is this reasonable? 3. In the data sheet submitted to the supplier, is it sufficient if the supplier provides information on the materials and interfaces? How are the dimensional specifications determined? 4. Is there anyone who can provide a data sheet for a tubular electric heater used for heating nitrogen after it has been vaporized, for reference?
Above-ground oil tanks are a common type of tank used in refineries. They are easy to construct, convenient to manage and maintain, but they suffer from high evaporation losses and pose a greater risk of fire.
These are all pre-set items; you need to determine them based on the amount of vaporization required. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
When installing outdoors, outdoor protection needs to be taken into account
The design pressure is set at 1.0 to 1.1 times the highest pressure that may occur during normal production, while the design temperature is determined based on the lowest/highest temperatures that the medium might reach during normal operation; please refer to HG/T-20570.1 for details
We have a liquid nitrogen storage tank; I’m not sure exactly how large it is. It uses an automatic circulation and pressurization system based on the vaporization of nitrogen, and it’s installed outdoors.
