Problems with our air compressor vent valve

When the air compressor is loaded to its rated pressure, the relief valve loses control over its opening and closing actions, resulting in a shutdown incident; the instruments fail to identify the cause. Please help analyze what possible reasons might lead to this phenomenon Thank you
Is there a problem with the program on the DCS? After we updated the DCS, the program started to malfunction； Also, check whether there is a problem with the positioner of the vent valve, as well as the pressure of the instrument air and the solenoid valves, etc.
Is it caused by a loose connection in the automatic control wiring of the relief valve, or by vibrations resulting from the air compressor being unloaded?
It fails to turn on; it might be due to poor contact. . . . . . . . . . .
Isn’t there any record on the computer of the last few data points before parking?
It’s very likely to be a problem with the DCS, or it could be an issue with the on-site control valves!
When the air compressor reaches its rated pressure, does the flow rate meet the compressor’s operating capacity? Could it be that the air compressor has an insufficient air intake volume, with factors such as high air humidity and high ambient temperature leading to less air intake and thus triggering the anti-surge vent valve to operate?
There is a problem with the air compressor’s relief valve; either the actuator is faulty or the cylinder is too small in size
First, check whether the solenoid valve is working properly, then check if the control air pipe is blocked, and finally check if the intake valve is stuck. If what the original poster is referring to is the situation where the valve cannot be opened when the air compressor is unloaded.
First, determine the cause of the vehicle exit from the DSC events. If the cause cannot be identified, it may be a fault with the instruments on site. If the cause still cannot be identified, you can contact the valve manufacturer to have the valve recalibrated!
The cause should be sought in the DCS; valves do not open or close for no reason.
