I saw two sets of data regarding the composition of fly ash; in one case, the sum of the components was only 96%, and in the other case it was only 98%. What remains then? Why isn’t the total 100%?

During routine testing, not all components are analyzed; generally, only the main components, along with those for which there are requirements related to the manufacturing process or other aspects, are tested. It is normal for the coverage not to be 100%.
Even with thorough testing, there are still many that have not been checked. There is a criterion: the total ratio obtained from the testing must not be greater than 100%, as this is the baseline value; any value above this indicates a problem.
What tests should be conducted normally, and how can one tell which tests have not been performed?
