Seeking advice on comparing imported mechanical seals

Recent purchases of reaction kettle equipment require mechanical seals; for imported mechanical seals, the brands chosen are EKK, Borgman, John Crane, and Fox. Which of these brands offers the best quality? After a mechanical seal has been damaged after several years of use, is it sufficient to replace just the core component? I don’t quite understand; I hope everyone will be kind enough to offer their guidance... Since domestic machine seals are not an option, there’s no need to compare them with domestic ones
I’ve never used EKK; Borgman, John Crane, and Fox all have excellent quality. The selection of a mechanical seal also depends on your process parameters, such as temperature and pressure. You can ask for quotes from four companies and evaluate their technical proposals to see which one offers the better price and technology for your needs, before making a decision.

Our company used domestic reactor seals in the past, and they would fail every few months. After switching to Borgman seals, we noticed much greater stability with a much lower failure rate.
Borgman, John Kran, and Ford have the strongest technical capabilities; it comes down to price, with Borgman likely being slightly cheaper. Apart from price, service is also important; John Crane has established a very strong service network in China, one that those other two companies cannot match. For commonly imported machine seals, it is recommended that you purchase at least one spare seal and a spare parts kit to enable quick repairs; otherwise, the lead time for obtaining these parts is quite long.
One must understand the principle of mechanical seals as well as the operating conditions under which they are used, in order to prevent unscrupulous manufacturers from cheating customers, right? Upstairs, haha
We use Bergman’s method quite a lot; hope it helps.
Why not consider domestic options? Now, the seals for large-scale units are all manufactured domestically. For reactors with standard parameters, there is no substantial difference in quality between domestic and imported seals; moreover, the price of domestic seals is much lower, and their pre-sales and after-sales support are far superior to those of imported seals.
Be sure to explain your operating conditions to the manufacturer. The reactor we use here is a Bergman model, with a capacity of around 150 kilograms, and it has encountered quite a few problems. Additionally, all the mechanical seals of these pumps are from Foxseal, which leads to even more problems. Most of the maintenance work on these pumps involves replacing the mechanical seals, and this might be due to an issue with the selection of the appropriate seals ；
