Does this phenomenon belong to amine solution foaming?

At the outlets of the lean liquid pump and the rich liquid pump within the unit, the lean liquid and rich liquid were sampled respectively; it was found that there were numerous tiny bubbles in both liquids. After about 15 seconds in the air, these bubbles rose to the surface and disappeared, leaving the liquids basically transparent. No solid impurities or floating oil were detected. I would like to ask: is this phenomenon what is known as foaming of the amine solution? Is it still a normal phenomenon? We did not add an antifoaming agent to the lean liquid.
As long as the regeneration efficiency of the rich liquid is ensured and the desulfurization meets the requirements, it isn’t that important whether the amine solution foams or not; to some extent, foaming occurs whenever the amine solution is in use within the system
It can be considered foaming; as long as there are no significant changes or fluctuations in the pressure and temperature at the top of the regeneration tower, and the liquid level at the bottom of the tower remains stable, no additional measures are necessary
