A control valve is needed. The conditions of the fluid involved are: about 5% hydrochloric acid, room temperature, and a pressure tolerance of 40 bar. I’m not sure what material the valve should be made of I hope someone with experience can help analyze this. Those who have used it are asked to provide the name of the manufacturer of this valve. Either lined valves or diaphragm valves can be used.

Does anyone have any experience using it? At the moment, we tend to use PTFE lining, but we’re not sure if it can withstand such high pressures
Hydrochloric acid is a weak acid, so valves lined with plastic are sufficient; valves lined with PTFE or made of stainless steel are more expensive.

For 40 bar pressure, fluorinated lining valves are not suitable in China; however, good stainless steel materials can be used when the concentration and temperature of hydrochloric acid are not high. Diaphragm valves can be used; we have used them in our factory before, and valves with linings can also be utilized
Fluorinated valves certainly cannot withstand such high pressures, and diaphragm valves are also not suitable, as the diaphragm cannot endure such high pressures.
In an environment with dilute hydrochloric acid, PTFE-lined valves have previously used PN16 and PN25 grades; ones rated at 4.0 MPa have not been used yet
Neither fluorine-lined control valves nor fluorine-lined diaphragm valves can be used at such pressures; a metal control valve must be chosen instead
