The general process for interviews at foreign companies

It’s been about half a month since I had the second round of interviews at a foreign company. I wasn’t well prepared for those interviews and was a bit nervous; moreover, it was a switch from my previous field of work. The boss had a strong Canadian accent, making it difficult to understand what he was saying, so I didn’t perform very well. So far, there has been no result. The first time I asked, they said they hadn’t made a decision; the second time, my direct manager was abroad and they said I would have to wait until he returned before a decision could be made. Is there no hope left? I’d like to ask if anyone has any relevant experience and can offer some advice. Thank you! ! !

It seems that foreign companies are quite slow; there are many procedures involved. If you’re not in a hurry to find a job, things will proceed slowly – just wait a bit longer. Good luck :)

Foreign companies also vary in size – good, average, and poor – as do the English language requirements for different positions. Personally, I think confidence is the most important thing; just show what you have. If this place isn’t right for you, maybe you’re suited for a higher position. Haha
The company I interviewed for specializes in synthetic leather, focusing on seat covers for cars. They are currently in the trial production phase. Although my previous company was part of the Fortune 500, I realized there were few opportunities there, and I regretted joining such a company just because of its status on that list. I feel that I’m better suited to work at a smaller company; I plan to look for another job within a month at the latest

Regarding the original poster’s comments, I think a red heart is the right response – it’s better to be prepared in case of various scenarios.
