What information is included in the inspection records for large-scale units? How do I format it? Please ask fellow sailors for help.
Generally, it involves the bearing temperature of the motor, the vibration of the motor’s bearings, as well as several sets of operational parameters such as pressure and temperature; the more comprehensive the information, the better
There are many issues that should be taken into consideration during inspections; it depends on your attitude. Besides the items listed above, there are many others as well. For example: lubrication system, cooling system, sealing system, etc.; this needs to be determined based on the specific circumstances.
In principle, the more detailed, the better: temperature of motors/pumps, front/back, bearings/bushings; vibration (horizontal, vertical, axial); pressure (inlet/outlet pressure or inlet/outlet pressure for each stage); temperature of inlet/outlet/liquid; condition of the cooling system; condition of the filtration system (pressure difference), and so on
Just use WORD or EXCEL to create an inspection form~~~~~~~~~~~
All the pressure gauges of the unit. For thermometers, vibrations, and displacements, it’s sufficient to create a table based on classification or tag number
