I’m not sure if the medium you’re referring to contains oil What is the silt content? Is self-priming required? If there is no oil and the amount of sludge is low, a submersible sewage pump is usually sufficient. If it contains oil and the sludge volume is high, a piston rotor pump or a screw pump can be used. If self-priming is required or high head and flow rates are needed, it is recommended to use a piston rotor pump.
