Urea reflux condenser

Our company is undergoing major repairs; the urea reflux cooler uses U-tube design, and we plan to clean the heat exchange tubes. Does Haiyou have any good suggestions? Our straight-tube water coolers are flushed with high-pressure water; the U-shaped type doesn’t achieve good cooling effects. Can they be soaked in nitric acid? What is the appropriate concentration of nitric acid? Please help!

It is best to use high-pressure cleaning; if that’s not possible, turn to a professional chemical cleaning service, as attempting to do it yourself can easily cause corrosion to the equipment
Flush it with high-pressure water; if that doesn’t work, try using steam to see how it goes
Use steam cleaning; oil can be cleaned away, but steam is ineffective against scale.
