What causes the excessively low peak value of cold blowing in molecular sieves? What measures should be taken? How much of an impact do seasonal changes have?
The reasons for the low cold blow peak value are: 1. The amount of gas used for regeneration is insufficient; it is possible to increase the volume of gas used for regeneration. 2 The temperature for getting angry again is too low. 3 The heating and cooling times may be a bit insufficient; if starting from the original settings, it is possible to extend these times slightly by increasing the designated duration for heating and cooling. 4 It’s possible that the inlet temperature was a bit high during the adsorption process by your molecular sieve, which increased its load. You can observe that water may flow out from the molecular sieve tank that is being regenerated when it has been heated to about half of its maximum temperature; flow may be minimal toward the end of the cooling phase. Make sure to remove this water as soon as possible, otherwise the regeneration process will not be complete.
There are two main reasons for the insufficient peak value of cold blowing in molecular sieves: 1) The load on the molecular sieves has increased, either due to an increase in the amount of air being processed or an increase in the temperature of the air entering the purification system; 2. The main issues are insufficient regenerative gas volume, low regenerative temperature, as well as inadequate heating and cooling times.
Investigate the historical curves: extreme temperatures of the heated nitrogen-containing gas, and regeneration flow rate. Records before driving. Also, check the conditions of the instruments at the site and the values of the analog signal currents, etc.

A too low cold-blow peak indicates that the heat brought in by the heating gas during warming is insufficient… Either the flow rate of the heating gas is not enough, or its temperature is not high enough… There are usually no problems with the heating and cold-blow times, unless the cold-blow peak has been insufficient from the very start of operation…

If the workload on your molecular sieve is high, regeneration will not be thorough; in such cases you need to consider increasing the heating and cooling times. The volume of gas used for regeneration must be above the designed level. If the results are still not satisfactory, then increase the volume of gas used for regeneration
It’s quite simple; it’s directly related to the heating time and temperature used, as well as the process parameters during operation. It also depends on whether the gas fed into the molecular sieve is of suitable quality (such as the inlet gas temperature, etc.)

However, this approach proved to be uneconomical and wasteful, so we switched to using steam generated from waste heat in the purification process, which works well, has a high calorific value, and allows for a higher peak pressure with unchanged inlet temperature); d) it is related to the volume and temperature of the air fed into the molecular sieve. 2. Measures: Generally, when heating and switching molecular sieves, there are levels of moisture and CO2 present. The amount of heat required for heating is usually more than 5000 Kcal; if this amount is not sufficient, a delay can be applied. It is necessary to carefully analyze the underlying reasons based on the relevant conditions and take appropriate actions. 3. Seasonal changes have a significant impact; here, the heat value required for heating in winter and summer differs by more than 200,000 Kcal
