Our pressure reduction is 5 lines, with a vacuum level of 0.097 MP. I wonder what everyone’s values are? I’d like to give an introduction.
They are generally divided into fuel-type and lubricating oil-type, which are different from each other. You probably consider it a lubricant type, with a vacuum stripping tower, right? Fuel-type units generally have only three side streams, without a stripping tower
The vacuum system of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit I worked on before had four side streams; the second and third streams produced paraffin oil, which was used as raw material for the paraffin unit, while the fourth stream was fed back into the process. The vacuum level is 0.096 MP.
Well, ours is of the lubricating oil type, with a pressure-reducing stripping tower. What type of vacuum system is used on the upper floor?
There aren’t many units with 5 side streams for vacuum distillation; these days most units are designed for fuel oil production. The unit I used to work at had 5 side streams for vacuum distillation, with a tower top vacuum level of 96.5, using two stages of steam treatment plus one stage of mechanical compression
After the modification, of the 5 side lines, only 94 remain. With the primary booster not turned on, and only one secondary injection pump and one vacuum pump in use, it was still possible to achieve a pressure of 94 – I’ve never seen that before.
We are also of the lubricant type; aside from the vapor line at the top and the draw at the bottom of the tower, why do we only have three side streams? For the first, second, and third tiers, the vacuum level at the top of the tower should be controlled within the range of 0.94–0.96
Line 4: subtracting 1 gives diesel; subtracting 2 or 3 gives paraffin oil; subtracting 4 gives residue oil. The vacuum level is -98 kPa in cold weather, and -97 in hot weather

For line 4, the pressure should be controlled at 2–3 kPa
4 wires, with absolute pressure kept below 5 Kpa.
