Which is better, a factory or a design institute?

I’ve read quite a few posts; many of them are about designs that were modified by factories? Let’s discuss which develops better, design institutes or factories?
I think it also depends on the major; the career prospects vary from one major to another
I’m also thinking about whether it’s better to go to a factory after graduation or to an design institute! The factory requires shift work, while the design office has to be in front of the computer every day! It’s really hard to decide.
Personally, I think design institutes are better............................
The working environment in a chemical plant is certainly not as good as that in a design institute, but I think those who work in the chemical industry should at least understand chemistry. It’s better to start by gaining experience in a factory, where one can have direct contact with chemical equipment, allowing for a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding. For example, we can watch beautiful scenery and famous sites from various places around the world on TV, but still people choose to travel there – it’s the same principle.
The logic makes sense, but I’ve never heard of design firms hiring people who have come over from factories
Sure, design institutes are great! Whether it’s in terms of compensation, working environment, or career prospects! I switched from working in manufacturing to design! Leaving the factory, you’ll feel that the world is a better place!
As long as you work hard, you can go anywhere. To be honest, it’s better to gain some chemical engineering knowledge on the job site first before going to a design institute for long-term development.
