This post was last edited by CounterclockwiseFish on 2013-3-4 at 08:37. We are working on a 30/52 project, which involves two evaporation stages, a granulation tower, and 5 condensers. The start-up and shutdown procedures outlined in our operating manual are rather vague. We hope that experienced colleagues can provide us with detailed steps: handshake
We can go check out the same equipment area; it’s not that difficult, right? Maybe refine your own version.
It is still in the training phase; the plant used for training only has evaporation capacity, and the granulation is carried out using Hydralur’s large-grain process. There are no issues with starting up the evaporation process at the training plant, but things are a bit unclear regarding our plant:
Large particles are different from granulation towers; since there’s no problem with large particles, what’s there to worry about with granulation towers? However, the biggest problem with granulation towers is pipe clogging; if that happens, it’s necessary to quickly discharge the contents and replace them.
The large particles undergo only one stage of evaporation, and there are also only 3 condensers. What I want to know is about those with two stages of evaporation and 5 condensers – what are the specific steps for operating them?
It was originally a small-scale device; it is recommended to go to places such as Hubei Fertilizer Factory, Yuntianhua, Chitianhua, Daqing Fertilizer Factory, Cangzhou Fertilizer Factory, and Liaohe Fertilizer Factory to learn from them*.
It’s a pity that for now, training can only be carried out within the group’s subsidiaries!
Where are you from? Give me your email address; I can send you my stuff so you can use it as a reference*
Xinjiang Tianyun Chemical Co., Ltd. is the equipment supplier for Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical; email address: 330430209@qq.com. Thank you!
Is this guy undergoing HAIHUA training? Actually, the principle is the same in both cases; you’ll understand it by looking at your operation manual. I’m quite interested in Hydrotex’s granulation process; I was wondering if you could provide some information on it
I understand the principle; I just want to know the specific steps. I’m not from Haihua. Tell me your email address and I’ll send you the relevant information on large particles
